Study programme aims and objectives
The aim of the study programme is to provide a graduate student with the skills and knowledge to design,
implement, manage and upgrade networks, systems (incl. infrastructure), and services in the information and communication technology (ICT) domain.
In addition to comprehensive knowledge in the field of ICT, the curriculum offers students practical experiences of teamwork and an interdisciplinary view in related fields, including e-governance, cyber security, software development, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence, etc.
The graduates with Master degree will find employment opportunities as State structure developers in ICT domain and as intelligent customers on non-ICT domain, i.e. as specialists who cooperate in order to create innovative technological solutions which serve different sectors of economy. A separate target group involves national structures, the field of defense and security, and the government sector of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
Graduates are able to apply their education in research and development projects in universities, research, and other public institutions. The graduates may also continue their studies in a doctoral program.
