Bachelor degree or education of corresponding qualification in accordance with admission requirements of TalTech.
Study programme aims and objectives
To support the multifaceted development of students by providing systematic basic knowledge and skills at master's level,
deepening and shaping creative business managers and experts, and providing the necessary competence for sectoral activity. Completing the curriculum forms attitudes that allow working as a member of the council or management, as a middle or top manager, as a top-level economic specialist both in Estonia and elsewhere in the world. The curriculum is designed for students whose goal is to improve themselves and climb the career ladder and creates sufficient prerequisites for quick and flexible orientation both in practical business and in possible subsequent academic activities, including doctoral studies in the relevant field.

Learning outcomes of the study programme
Upon successful completion of the curriculum, the graduate:

- has acquired up-to-date and systematic knowledge of the principles applied to the activities and management of the companies that operate in different sectors of an international environment;
- knows the methods and instruments of analysing, assessing and managing a company's activities and efficiency, and is able to apply theoretical principles and development opportunities to marketing, export, sales and operations management, and is aware of their interrelations with a company’s business activities and specificities;
- is able to identify problems and relate theoretical knowledge to practical management of a company and to the design of its business strategy in a specific socio-economic context, considering different interest groups;
- is able to plan, organize and control the activities of an organization considering the economic, social, political and ethical principles;
- has acquired good communication skills and independently plans his/her personal development;
- understands how the society and economy function and analyses and critically evaluates the processes that take place in the society and economy in the light of corporate social responsibility and ethical principles.

Graduation requirements
Completion of the curriculum in the required amount, and the successful defence of the graduation paper in conformity with the requirements set by the TalTech Senate.
In order to obtain Cum Laude diploma the graduation paper must be defended for the grade "5" and the weighted average grade must be at least 4,60, where all grades from diploma supplement are taken into account.
