VERSION SPECIFIC DATA
course aims in Estonian
Kursuse eesmärk on anda teadmised ja oskused avaliku hoone projekti koostamiseks. Kursuse osaks on põhjalik tegelemine hoone sisekliima, valgustuse ning ruumide akustikaga. Kursuse raames analüüsitakse hoone asukoha linnaehituslikku situatsiooni. Lahendatakse parkimine, juurdepääsud ja seosed hoone kontaktvööndiga. Määratakse haljastuse põhimõtted.
course aims in English
The aim of the course is to give kowledge and expirience in designing public buildings. Part of the course is thorough dealing with acoustics, internal climate (HVAC) and lighting. The course involves analyzing the the urban situation of the project site. Project solutions to parking, accesses and connections between the contact zone and the building. Landscaping principles are determined in the design project.
learning outcomes in the course in Est.

brief description of the course in Estonian
Avaliku hoone arhitektuurne projekt. Projekt esitatakse eelprojekti staadiumile vastavas mahus. Koostatakse linnaehituslik ja tüpoloogiline analüüs, arhitektuurse ja insener-tehnilise lahenduse kirjeldus. Projekt esitatakse vajaliku täpsusega joonistena (asendiplaan, korruste plaanid, vaated, lõiked, olulised sõlmed), lisaks 3D visualiseeringud ja makett. Seletuskirjas esitatakse nõuded hoone sisekliimale, valgustusele ning ruumide akustikale
brief description of the course in English
Public building architectural design. Design is submitted in detail and volume which is required in preliminary design stage. Structural and architectural description of the design and urban and topological analysis are required. The project is submitted in form of drawings (site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, key details), model and 3D visualisations. requirements of the building indoor climate, lighting and the acoustics of the building are need to be submitted in the textual part of the project.
