course aims in Estonian
Kursuse eesmärk on kogunemisruumidega suuremahulise hoone projekt - saalehitis.
Hoone arhitektuurne lahendus peab tuginema hästi läbi töötatud siselogistikal
ning insener-tehnilisel lahendusel. Hoone tüpomorfoloogiline lahendus peab
tagama mugava inimeste liikumise, teenindusfunktsioonide optimaalse
toimimise ning hoone vastavuse evakuatsiooninõuetele.
Hoone paigutatakse olemasolevasse keskkonda, millest tulenevalt peavad
olema lahendatud kõik linnaehituslikud seosed.

The aim of the course is to create an architectural design project for a
large-scale public building with assembly rooms - a hall. The building's
architectural design should be based on adequate technical solution.
The building is placed in an existing urban environment, therefore all
the urban relations must be solved.

- Üliõpilane saab aru suuremahulise saalhoone
siselogistikast, funktsionaalsetest seostest ja tüpomorfoloogilistest nõuetest.
- Üliõpilane teab ehitusfüüsikalisi nõudeid siseruumidele- akustika, valgustus, energiatõhusus, sisekliima.
- Üliõpilane saab BIM projekteerimise kogemuse, mis on eelduseks kaasaegsete projekteerimisvõtete rakendamiseks.
- Üliõpilane saab arhitektuurse projekteerimise esmakogemuse tähtsate, märgilise tähendusega ühiskondlike või ärihoonete kavandamisel.

- Student knows the requirements for a large-scale hall building: in-house logistics, functional relations, typomorphology.
- Student knows the requirements for indoor spaces- acoustics, lighting, indoor climate.
- Student gets BIM design experience which is a prerequisite for the implementation of smart architecture.
- Student has the primary experience of designing important symbolic architectural objects.
- Student has knowledge and knows importance of BIM and gets parametric design experience.

Suuremahuline arhitektuurne objekt- saalehitis. Projekt esitatakse eelprojekti
staadiumile vastavas mahus. Linna-ehituslik konteksti ja tüpomorfoloogia
analüüs. Saalhoone arhitektuurse ja insener-tehnilise lahenduse kirjeldus.
Projekt esitatakse vajaliku täpsusega joonistena (asendiplaan, korruste
plaanid, vaated, lõiked, sõlmed), maketis ja 3D visualiseeringuna koostöös
toetava õppeainega BIM. Arhitektuurse idee, konseptsiooni või peamise
konstruktiivse struktuuri paremaks selgitamiseks tuleks esitada lisaks
vastavad skeemid ja diagrammid.

Large scale architectural object - a hall. Urban context and typomorphology
analysis. Description of the architectural design and technical solution.
The final project consists drawings (site plan, floor plans, elevations,
sections and details), scale model and 3D visualizations in collaboration
with the supporting subject in BIM.
