Anda üliõpilastele teadmised erinevate interjööristiilide seostest ja arenguloost,
alates Vanadest Idamaadest kuni tänapäevani
Luua terviklik ettekujutus vaadeldava ajaperioodi ruumitüpoloogiatest,
interjööri- ja mööblikunsti stiilidest ning dekooriviisidest.
- Luua terviklik ettekujutus stiiliajaloost, rõhutades nii ajastulist konteksti kui ka
interjööri ja mööblistiile
-anda ülevaade erinevatest disainiliikumistest
-anda üliõpilastele ülevaade sisekujunduse ajaloost Eestis ning selle arengut mõjutanud
teguritest
- Anda vajalikud teoreetilised teadmised ühiskondlike ruumide sisearhitektuursest
planeerimisest
- Anda ülevaade ning teoreetilised teadmised põhilistest siseviimistlusmaterjalidest,
Valgustusprintsiipidest ning sisustusest ruumides.
- Tagada küllaldane ettevalmistus ning praktilised oskused ruumide sisearhitektuurse

- To provide students with knowledge of various relations of intereir design styles and
development, from historic oriental to contemporary design.
- To create a comprehensive picture of spatial typology, interior and furniture art and decor
styles of the observed period of time.
- Establish a comprehensive understanding of the history of interior styles, highlighting both the
timing and context and also interior and furniture styles
-to provide an overview of various design movements
-to provide students with an overview of the history of interior design and factors which influenced the
development of design in Estonia
- Provide the necessary theoretical knowledge about the interior design of public spaces.
- Provide an overview of theoretical knowledge of the main interior materials, decoration, lighting
principles and furniture designs.
- To ensure sufficient preparation and practical skills for interior architectural project design
learning outcomes in the course in Est.
Kursuse läbinud üliõpilane:
- omab kronoloogilist ülevaadet olulisematest interjööri ajaloo sõlmpunktidest Euroopas ja USAs
- omab ülevaadet erinevatest disainiliikumistest
-oskab määratleda kultuuri arenguloo perioode tuginedes interjööri ajaloole
- suudab analüüsida eksterjööre ja interjööre ning mööbliesemeid iseloomulike väljendusjoonte alusel.
- käsitleb õpitut eesti kontekstis ja tunneb Eesti sisekujunduse ja disaini ajalugu.
Üliõpilase teadmised:
- mõistab üldisi ruumide kujundus - ning planeerimisprintsiipe
- omab ülevaadet põhilistest ühiskondlike ruumide siseviimistlusmaterjalidest
ja nende omadustest ning teab materjalidele esitatud nõudeid
- omab ülevaadet ruumide valgustuspõhimõtetest ning valgusnormidest
Üliõpilasehoiakud:
- suhtub õppeülesandesse innovatiivselt ning aktiivselt
- arvestab kollektiivi ja väärtustab grupitööd

The student who has completed the course:
- Has a chronological overview of the most important nodal points in the history of interior design in
Europe and the US
- Has an overview of various design movements
-Can define cultural development periods in the history based on the history of interior
- Is able to analyze the exteriors, interiors and furniture on the basis of characteristic
expression styles.
- Uses the acquired knowledge in Estonian context and knows Estonian interior design and
design history.

The student's knowledge:
- Understands the general interior design and planning principles
- Knows the requirements for public rooms interior materials and has an overview of the main
public interior finishing materials and the characteristics of these materials.
- Has an overview of the principles of interior lighting and lighting standards.

Student Attitudes:
- Has active and innovative attitude towards learning task
- Takes into account the team opinions and values productive group work

Student multidisciplinary skills:
the student is creative and cooperative
