Aine eesmärk on anda tulevasele veetehnika ja -majanduse insenerile baasteadmised veetorustike modelleerimisest linnakeskkonda, mis kaasab nii mudelite koostamist (sh seost projekteerimisega), nende igapäevast kasutust vee-ettevõtte tasandil, ehitamisega seotud aspekte kui ka seost ehitusinfo modelleerimisega.

The aim of the course is to give the basics about water network modelling topics in the urban environment, which includes the creation of models (incl. connection with the design workflows), their daily use at the water company level, construction-related aspects, and the connection with the building information modelling.

Iseseisvaid töid hinnatakse lähtuvalt hindamiskriteeriumitest.

Working through course theoretical base and carrying out web-based self-assessment tests. Consists of various example modelling exercises that are available from the e-learning environment and should be presented to lecturer for evaluation/feedback. Course includes complete course project. Individual work is evaluated based on evaluation criteria.
