Anda põhiteadmised:
- betoonelementide kasutuspiirseisundite arvutamiseks;
- pingebetoonelementide projekteerimiseks;
- betoonist hoonekonstruktsioonide ja insenerirajatiste projekteerimiseks.

- calculation of serviceability limit states of concrete structures;
- design of prestressed concrete structures;
- design of building structures and civil engineering works.

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
­- oskab arvutada betoonkonstruktsioonide kasutuspiirseisundeid;
­- oskab arvutada pingebetoonist konstruktsioonielementide tugevus- ja kasutuspiirseisundeid;
­- projekteerib hoonete ja rajatiste betoonist kandekonstruktsioonide.

- is able to calculate ultimate and serviceability limit states of prestressed concrete structures;
- designs concrete structures of buildings and civil engineering works.

­- Pingebetoonelementide arvutamine ja konstrueerimine:
­ - tugevus- ja deformatsiooniarvutuste alused;
­ - painutatud, surutud ja tõmmatud pingebetoonelemendi ristlõike tugevusarvutused;
­ - põikjõukandevõime- ja läbisurumisarvutused;
­ - kasutuspiirseisundite järgsed arvutused;
­ - pingebetoonelementide konstrueerimine.
- Ühe- ja mitmekorruseliste hoonete kandekonstruktsioonide arvutamine ja konstrueerimine.
- Insenerrajatiste arvutamine ja konstrueerimine.

- Calculation of concrete structures in serviceability limit states.
- Design of prestressed concrete structures:
- basics of strength and deformation calculations;
- cross-section strength calculations of prestressed concrete member subjected to bending, compression or tension;
- shear and punching calculations;
- calculations according to serviceability limit states;
- detailing of prestressed members;
- Design of structures of one and multi-story buildings.
- Design of civil engineering works.
