Tehnosüsteemide vajadus hoone sihipäraseks toimimiseks. Küttesüsteemid, soojusvarustus, ventilatsioon, õhu konditsioneerimine. Veevarustus, kanalisatsioon, tuleohutussüsteemid. Tugevvoolusüsteemid, elektrivalgustus, nõrkvoolusüsteemid, automaatika. Millega peab arhitektuur arvestama, et tehnosüsteeme saaks optimaalselt rajada ja kasutada. Toimiva hoone kavandamine.
