Anda ülevaade peamistest pehme mööbli tootegruppidest ja toote disainist. Tutvustada peamiseid pehme mööbli toottmises kasutatavaid materjale.Õppida kasutama peamisi 2D ja 3D projekteerimistarkvarasid pehme mööbli toodete projekteerimisel. Õppida projekteerima ja valmistada pehme mööbli tooteid kasutadades eirnevaid seadmeid. Õppida koostama CAM programme detailide paigutamiseks ja väljalõikamiseks. Õppida kasutama erinevaid pehme mööbli valmistustehnoloogaid. Õppida kasutama pehme mööbli toodete katsetusmetoodikaid.

To give an overview the main upholstry furniture product groups and product design. To introduce main materials used in upholstery furniture production. To study the 2D and 3D design softwares used in upholstery furniture design. To design and produce upholstery furniture products by using diferent machines. To write CAM programs for parts nesting and cutting. To learn and practice main production technologies used in upholstery furniture industry. To learn the testing methods of upholstered products.

- oskab valida ja rakendada pehme mööbli tööstuses kasutatavaid seadmeid vastavalt nende tehnoloogilistele võimalustele.
- oskab juhtida pehme mööbli projekte.
- oskab projekteerida pehme mööbli tooteid ja teostada pehme mööbli toodete materjalide ja tööaja kuluarvestust ning hinnaarvestust.
- oskab juhtida pehme mööbli tehnoloogilisi protsesse ja pakkuda välja tehnilisi lahendusi.

- will apply main materials and production technologies of upholstery furniture industry.
- will can choose and apply the main textile, upholstery and woodworking equipment based on their technological possibilities.
- will be able manage upholstery furniture projects.
- will analyse the construction and design of upholstery furniture and based on that can make material cost calculations, working time accounting and price estimations.
- will be able to manage upholstery furniture technological processes and to offer the technical solutions.

Pehme mööli peamised tootegrupid ja tootedisain. Pehme mööbli valmistamisel kasutatavad karkassi-, polstri- ja tekstiilmaterjalid. Tuleohutusnõuded pehme mööbli valmistamisel kasutatavatele materjalidele. Pehme mööbli tehnoloogial valmistatavate peamiste toodete gruppide iseloomustus: madratsid, kušetid, nurgadiivanid, sohvad, tugitoolid jt. Pehme mööbli toodete ergonoomika. Pehmemööblis kasutatavate puitdetailide CNC-tehnoloogia. Erinevad polsterdustehnoloogiad. Polstrites kasutatavad vedrutüübid. Vedrude sidumise ja kinnituse viisid. Ülevaade polsterdusel kasutatavatest vahtplastmaterjalidest ja nende kinnitusviisidest. Vahtplastmaterjalide liimid ja liimimistehnoloogiad. Tekstiilmaterjalide lõiketöötlemistehnoloogiad. Pehme mööbli montaaž katteriide paigaldustehnoloogiad. Ülevaade pehme mööbli voodimehhanismidest. Puitkarkassi ja polsterduse 2D ja 3D CAD projekteerimine AutoCAD,Autodesk Inevntor, Lectra tarkvaraga. Tekstiilist kattematerjalide lõigete projekteerimine ja kangakulu arvestus Lectra tarkvaraga. Õmbluse töötlemise tehnoloogiline järjestus koos operatsiooni kirjelduse ja tehniliste tingimustega. Lõpptoote projekteerimine, materjalide- ja tööaja- ja hinnaarvestus. Pehme mööbli tootmises kasutatavad seadmed ja nende tehnoloogilised võimalused. Pehme mööbli toodete testimine.

Fire safety precautions for materials used in upholstery furniture industry. Characterization of the main product groups: mattresses, couches, sofas, armchairs etc. Upholstered furniture products Ergonomics. CNC-technology of wooden cant-form details. Technology of panel-form details. Different technologies for upholstery. Main types of springs used in upholstery. Fastening and binding methods of springs. Main construction solutions, joints in furniture making. Overview of different types of foams and foam gluing technologies. Different types of foam glues. Cutting technologies for textile materials. Design of upholstery product with CAD programs. Design of wooden frame and upholstery with AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor and Lectra software’s. Design of the textile covering for upholstery product with Lectra software. Order of product sewing processing steps and technologies. Design of the upholstery furniture products. Material, workhours and price calculations. Industrial equipment of upholstery furniture industry and their technological capabilities. Testing of upholstery products.
