Õppimise käigus saadakse teadmisi:
• füüsilisest antropoloogiast ja inimkeha mõõtmetest;
• rõivaste projekteerimisele esitatavatest nõuetest ja standarditest;
• erinevatest konstrueerimissüsteemidest;
• baaskonstruktsioonide projekteerimisest;
• tehnilise modelleerimise võtetest;
• lekaalide valmistamisest ja paigutamine;
• lõigete suurendamise põhimõtteid.

During the studies students will get next knowledge:
• an overview of physical anthropology and body measurements
• demands of garment designing;
• introduction into different designing systems and standards;
• designing base constructions.

• study making patterns
• introduction into concepts of pattern grading;
• how to draw up design documentation.

Iseseisva töö eesmärgid:
• kinnistada auditoorselt läbivõetud materjali iseseisva mõtestatud tegevusega,
• omandada oskusi rõivaste konstrueerimisega seotud praktiliste tööde sooritamisel ning iseseisvalt erinevate ülesannete lahendamisel.
Iseseisva töö sisu ja maht:
• ettevalmistus kontrolltöödeks ja eksamiks – 30 tundi,
• praktiliste tööde teostamine – 46 tundi

Goals of individual work:
• to deepen the knowledge developed in lectures and seminars by individual analysis work,
• to develop skills of solving practical problems in the field of pattern making.
Content and volume of individual work:
• preparation for written tests and exam – 30 hours,
• composing practical works – 46 hours.
