Interaktoomika mõiste. Peamised biomolekulaarsete interaktsioonide tüübid: valk-valk, valk –lipiid, valk-polüsahhariid, valk-DNA, valk-membraan, valk-madalmolekulaarne ühend. Valk-valk interaktsioonide võrgustikud, nende analüüs. Interaktsioonipartnerite identifitseerimine: keemiline ristsidumine, kahe hübriidi süsteemid, kromatograafia, immuunosadestamine. Interaktsioonide visualiseerimine in vivo. Komplekside iseloomustamine ja uurimine: pinna plasmonite resonants, kalorimeetria, kromatograafia, elektroforees, ultracentrifuugimine, termoforees, tuumamagnetresonants, röntgen- struktuuranalüüs, fluorestsentsmeetodid, massispektromeetria. Interactomics as an independent discipline. Main types of biomolecular interactions: protein-protein, protein-lipid, protein-polysaccharide, protein-DNA, protein-membrane, protein-low molecular weight compound. Networks of protein–protein interactions, their analysis. Identification of interactions: chemical cross-linking, two-hybrid systems, chromatography, immunoprecipitation. Characterization and investigations of complexes: surface plasmon resonance, calorimetry, chromatography, electrophoresis, ultracentrifugation, microscale thermophoresis, nuclear magnetic resonance, fluorescence techniques, mass spectrometry. Visualization of interactions in vivo. Thermodynamics of biomolecular interactions: affinity and kinetics. Interactomics in drug development
