Doktorant omandab professionaalsel tasemel teadmised kaasaegsest sensoorsest analüüsist ja/või aroomianalüüsist. Kursus on suunatud huvilistele, kes soovivad arendada oma teadmiseid ja oskuseid sensoorses analüüsis ja/või aroomikas ning neid tõhusalt rakendada uuringutes või töökeskkonnas.

The aim of the course is to give doctoral students a thorough overview of sensory evaluation and or aromics for food and drink. It is aimed at those who wish to develop or improve their existing skills to maximise the use of this discipline within their research or working environment.

Doktorant rakendab, analüüsib, arendab, hindab ja loob:
• Professionaalsel tasemel teadmised kaasaegsest sensoorsest analüüsist ja/või aroomianalüüsist – meeled, metoodikad ja paneelid.
• Andmete kogumine ja statistiline töötlemine.
• Sensoorika ja/või aroomika statistika, ühe- ja mitmedimensionaalne andmete analüüs, klasteranalüüs.
• Paneeli töö ja motivatsioon, toote kvaliteet ja tarbijauuringud.

Doktorant omandab iseseisvalt, tuginedes vastavatele kordamisküsimustele, doktorikraadiga inimesele sobivas mahus ja süvenemisastmes sensoorse analüüsi ja aroomianalüüsi. Oskab rakendada sensoorse analüüsi ja/või aroomianalüüsi uurimusmeetodeid erinevate probleemide lahendamisel. Oskab arendada uusi sensoorse analüüsi ja/või aroomianalüüsi uurimusmeetodeid. Oskab analüüsida ja interpreteerida sensoorse analüüsi ja/või aroomianalüüsi tulemusi. Oskab kombineerida erinevaid uurimusmeetodeid.

Doctoral student aquires indepentently state of the art knowledge and skills in sensory analysis and/or aromics, based on special questions, correspond to level of doctoral degree. Doctoral student is able to apply sensory analysis and/or aromics research methods in order to solve different problems. Is able to develop new methods in sensory analysis and/or aromics. Is able to alalyze and interpert the results of sensory analysis and/or aromics experiments. Is able to combine different research methods.
