• geomeetriliselt tolereerida ja praktiliselt mõõtmestada masinadetailid,
• koostada detaili tööjoonist ning lihtsama toote koostejoonist.

Mehhanosüsteemi ning enam kasutatavate detailide ja detailigruppide konstrueerimist võimaldav tooteloome ülesanne, mille lahendamise käigus saadakse teadmisi, oskusi ja teatud vilumust detailide süvauuringuteks ning üldiseks konstruktsiooniloomeks. Peamised analüüsiobjektid on projekteeritava mehaanilise süsteemi dünaamika, konstruktsioon, tugevus, detailide materjalid, tolerantsid, kuju- ja asendihälbed, mõõtahelad, samuti ülesande eripärast tulenevad arvutused: standardsete veerelaagrite valik, laagerduste, tihendite, ülekannete, võllide, jm. arvutused. Projekt koosneb seletuskirjast, vähemalt ühest koostejoonisest ja mõnedest detailijoonistest (sõltuvalt teemast).
brief description of the course in English
The project is based on design of a mechanical system and machine elements and components. During the solving of project tasks, the knowledge and skills in deep analysis of machine elements and components design are acquired. The main analysis objects are dynamics, construction, strength, materials, tolerances, measuring chains and reliability criteria of mechanical system. The project includes the calculations of the: drives, shafts, standard bearing system, seals etc. Project contains of project report, at least one assembly drawing and few detail drawings (depending on the topic).
