The aim of this course is to give a comprehensive overview of purchasing processes and the principles of purchasing management and create linkages to other business functions in order to strengthen capabilities to achieve strategic performance targets.

Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
- analüüsib ostujuhi rolli ettevõttes ning selle seoseid ettevõtete strateegiliste eesmärkidega ja juhtimistasanditega;
- tunneb erinevaid ostutegevuse printsiipe ja strateegiaid ning oskab seostada erinevate ostutasandite tulemusmõõdikuid;
- analüüsib ostutegevusega kaasnevat mõju ettevõtte äritulemustele ning seoseid ettevõtte strateegiliste tulemuste parandamisel.
