Turu-uuring ja turundusuuring. Teisesed andmed ja desk-uuring. Digitaliseerumine ja muudatused turundusuuringutes. Eksploratiivne, kirjeldav ja põhjuslik uuring ning neis kasutatavad meetodid. Uuringu disain, valim, andmekogumine, analüüsimeetodid. Tulemuste interpretatsioon, visualiseerimine, aruande koostamine. Turundus-miksi mõõdikud, brändi ja tarbijakäitumise mõõdikud. Tarbija sisevaade. Tarbija etnograafia ja netnograafia. Turunduse analüütika.

Market research and marketing research. Secondary data and desk research. Digitalisation and changes in the marketing research. Explorative, descriptive and casual research and methods. Research design, sample and sampling, data collection, and analyse methods. Interpretation, visualisation, reporting. Marketing-mix measures, brand and customer metrics. Consumer insight. Consumer ethnography and digital ethnography. Marketing analytics.
