The aim of this course is to introduce the main approaches to service prototyping and testing.

Õppeaine läbinud üliõpilane:
- selgitab prototüüpimise eesmärke;
- kirjeldab erinevaid prototüüpimise meetodeid (sh digiteenuse prototüüpimiseks);
- kasutab digitööriistu lihtsamate digiteenuste protorüüpide loomiseks;
- on võimeline viima läbi teenuse prototüübi testimist ja tegema sellest järeldusi.

- explains the aims and objectives of service prototyping;
- describes different methods of (digital) service prototyping;
- uses digital tools to create a basic digital service prototype;
- is able to perform service testing and make conclusions.
