The aim of this course is to introduce the theories, models and methods that are necessary in order to make service design related strategic decisions.

Õppeaine läbides üliõpilane:
- kirjeldab teenusedisaini protsessi etappe;
- nimetab, millisel eesmärgil teenusedisaini organisatsioonis rakendatakase;
- omab ülevaadet, kuidas rakendatakse teenusedisaini Eesti avaliku- ja erasektori asutustes;
- kirjeldab, mida tähendab teenusedisaini strateegiline rakendamine organisatsioonis;
- koostab iseseisvalt teenusedisaini juurutamise plaani organisatsioonis;
- hindab organisatsiooni küpsust teenusedisaini rakendamisel.

After completing this course, the student:
- describes the essence of the service design process;
- names the purpose service design can be implemented in the organisation;
- has an overview how service design is applied in Estonian private and public sector;
- describes the strategic dimension of service design;
- plans independently the adoption of service design methodology in the organisation;
- evaluates service design maturity of the organisation.
