Töökorralduse kujundamise eeldused. Töö analüüsi olemus ja meetodid. Töö analüüsi väljundid – struktuuri ja töökorralduse kujundamine. Töökorralduse kujundamist mõjutavad tegurid. Tööaja korraldus. Töötajate tasustamise alused ja põhimõisted. Tasusüsteem/motivatsioonisüsteem. Motiveeriva tasustamise kujundamine organisatsioonis. Palgasüsteemi väljaarendamise protsess. Ametikohtade hindamine põhipalkade kujundamiseks. Töötasu komponendid. Tulemustest sõltuv tasu.

Essence and development of Job performance and reward management. Methods of analysis and planning of work process, work arrangement forms. Compensation systems, remuneration forms and systems. Wages system based on evaluation of jobs (offices) and workers, performance pay, analysis of wages.
