The aim of this course is to enable the students to develop the knowledge about production resources, production processes and raw materials which are used in industrial sector both in Estonia and in world. Also some basics from logistics, including production logistics and green logistics.

Üliõpilane tunneb erinevaid tootmisressursse, teab, milliseid ressursse millistes sektorites kasutatakse, millised on peamised tootmistehnoloogiad tööstusharude lõikes, omab ülevaadet Eestis ja maailmas tegutsevatest peamistest tööstus – ja tootmisettevõtetest. Tunneb ka logistika, sealhulgas tootmislogistika ja rohelise logistika põhialuseid, oskab planeerida ja monitoorida algtasemel logistilisi tegevusi.

At the completion of the class, the student will be able to understand key concepts of production resources, production Technologies, knows in which sectors they will be used, has knowledge about Estonian and world industrial sector. Has the knowledge about logistics and knows how to plan and monitor the basic logistic procedures.
