Anda ülevaade ehitusturust, ehitise elutsüklist, ehituse subjektidest, objektidest ja projektidest ning nendevahelistest seostest.
Harjutustundides käsitletakse teoreetilisi aluseid ja praktilisi kogemusi ehituse kavandamiseks ning koostatakse kursuseprojekt.

An overview of construction market, construction lifecycle, of subjects and objects of construction, projects in construction and relationship between them.
The practical part includes theoretical explanation and practical experience of construction planning and on-site construction management. The course project will be compiled.

Aine läbinud üliõpilane:
- omab teadmisi ehitise omaniku, tellija, projekteerija ja ehitaja rollist ehitise elukaarel
- oskab rakendada oam teadmisi, et saavutada omaniku eesmärgid ehituskulude, kvaliteedi ja ehituskestuse osas;
- oskab arvutada ja plaanida erinevate ressursside (tööjõud, masinad, materjalid jm) vajadust;
- oskab kavandada ehitusplatsi üldplaani;
- oskab koostada võrkmudelit ja kalendergraafikut;
- oskab analüüsida erinevate variantlahenduste otstarbekust;
- suudab leida teemakohast kirjandust, järgib projektidele esitatavaid sisulisi ja vormistuslikke nõudeid;
- oskab oma töö tulemusi argumenteeritult esitleda.

The student having completed the course is able to:
- understand the role of the stakeholders (owners, designers, contractors) during the construction lifecycle;
- plan construction process to achieve the owners goals related to costs, quality and construction duration;
- plan the resource allocation (labour, machinery, materials etc),
- design the construction site layout;
- compile network module and time schedule of works;
- analyse and estimate different management solutions
- find relevant literature and to follow the requirements on the content and format of a research project;
- present, argue and defend the results of the research.

LOENGUD ja HARJUTUSTUNNID (16 nädalat)
Ehituse omaniku ja tellija tegevuse korraldus. Ehitushanke meetodid ja korraldus. Projekteerimise korraldus. Ehituse korraldus. Ehitustööd, nende klassifikaatorid, parameetrid ja seosed. Ehituse korralduse mudelid ja ehituskestuse arvutusmeetodid. Ehituskorralduse projekteerimine. Ehituse järelevalve. Ehituse juhtimise korraldus, juhtimise objektiline aspekt. Kursuseprojektis lahendavate küsimuste teoreetilised alused.
KURSUSE PROJEKT (juhendamine 8 nädalat)
Ehitusplatsi korraldus, selle ülesanded. Ehitusplatsi plaan, selle liigid, koostamise alused ja vajadus. Kraanade valiku alused, nende paigutus ehitusplatsil, nõuded paigutusele. Kraanateed, neile esitatavad nõuded. Torn- ja noolkraanade mõjupiirkonnad, ohualad. Piirangud kraanade tööle. Ehitustõstukid, nende paigutus. Ajutised teed, nende kavandamine. Ehitusplatsi laod, nende paigutus. Ladustamise eeskirjad. Olmehooned, nende vajadus, Ehituse võrk- ja joongraafikute koostamine. Ehitusplatsi korralduse projekteerimine.

LECTURES and PRACTICES (16 weeks)
Activities of owner and client. Methods and organization of procurement.
Organization of design. Organization of construction (works, their classifications, parameters and connections). Models of construction projects and methods of calculating construction duration. Planning works on construction sites. Supervision of construction. Organization of construction management , aspect of management objects. Theoretical basis of practical issues solved in the course project.
COURSE PROJECT (supervision 8 weeks)
Management of the construction site. The plan of site and classification of sites. Needs and bases of the management of plans. The basis for selection of cranes and the location on the site, the requirements for the location of cranes. The way of the cranes and requirement for the ways. The action zones of cranes and risk areas. Imposed restrictions on work with cranes. The building lifts, the location of lifts. Temporary ways, design of temporary ways. Warehouses on site and the location of warehouses. The rules of warehousing. Domestic buildings and requirements for the domestic buildings. Design of construction diagrams and schedules. Designing the arrangement of a building site.
