Kursusel tutvutakse Eesti ehituspärandi kohta koostatud uuringute ja ilmunud trükistega. Käsitletakse Eesti ehituspärandi jaoks olulisi teemasid nagu taluarhitektuur, mõisaarhitektuur, 20. sajandi arhitektuur jt. Külastatakse Eesti Vabaõhumuuseumi ekspositsiooni ja toimuvad temaatilised õppekäigud.

The course introduces the research and publications on the built heritage of Estonia. Farm architecture, manor architecture, 20th century architecture, and other important topics of the built heritage of Estonia are discussed. The Estonian Open Air Museum exhibits are visited, and thematic field trips are organised.
