Anda alusteadmised ehitustehnoloogiast.Tutvustada erinevaid tööliike, nende tehnoloogilisi seoseid, ehitusmasinate valiku põhimõtteid. Rakendada omandatud teoreetilisi teadmisi ehitusmeetoditest ja kalendaarplaneerimisest ehitustehnoloogia kursuseprojekti koostamisel. Arendada oskust korraldada töid erinevate ehitusmeetoditega ning võrrelda ja hinnata variantlahendusi. Kujundada arusaam ehitusmaksumuse plaanimisest projekti eri etappidel ja anda teadmised ehitusmaksumuse hindamiseks. Anda teadmised ehitustööde liigitamisest, normeerimisest. Rakendada omandatud teoreetilisi teadmisi ehitusmaksumuse plaanimisest eelarvestamise kodutöö koostamisel. Kursuseprojekti koostamisel harjutada oskust projektidele, aruannetele ja/või uuringute esitatavate sisuliste ja vormistuslike nõuete täitmiseks.

To give an overview of building technology. Introduce different construction works, their technological linkage, selection principles of construction machinery. Implement knowledge gained in theory about construction methods and scheduling into the building technology course project. Develop ability to schedule works using different construction methods and analyse and assess the variance of outcomes. Provide students with knowledge of cost planning process at different stages of construction project. Give basic knowledge about classification of construction works, quantity surveying. Implement knowledge gained in theory about construction cost estimation into the course work. To practice the skills in applying appropriate methodology for writing up the projects and reports and presenting research results in a clear, concise and correct manner while compiling the course project.

Kursuse läbinud üliõpilane:
- tunneb betoonitööde tehnoloogiat ja oskab valida erinevate raketissüsteemide ja betoonimise meetodite vahel;
- tunneb elementehituse põhimõtteid ja kraanade valikukriteeriume;
- omab süsteemset ülevaadet müüritise liikidest ja oskab neid seostada hoone osade ja konkreetsete tingimustega;
- oskab arvutada töötasu, tööjõukulu, tööde kestust ja hinnata erinevate variantide majanduslikku otstarbekust;
- oskab koostada ehitusprotsessi tehnoloogilist kaarti, valida sobivad ehitusmasinad konkreetsetest tingimustest lähtudes;
- oskab koostada ja optimeerida kalendergraafikuid ja ressursside vajadust ning põhjendada ja võrrelda. projektlahendusi;
- oskab koostada eelarvet ning tunneb maksumusplaanimise mõisteid ja põhimeetodeid;
- on võimeline leidma teemakohast kirjandust, järgima projektidele esitatavaid sisulisi ja vormistuslikke nõudeid;
- oskab oma töö tulemusi argumenteeritult esitleda.

The student having completed the course:
- is familiar with concreting technology, is able to choose between different formwork systems and concreting methods;
- knows methods of precast element erection and is capable to select a proper crane for particular building;
- understands principles of bricklaying, masonry materials and is able to pick up a suitable solution different types of walling;
- is able to calculate labour costs, work load, construction duration and assess expediency of different planning solutions;
- is able to plan the construction process, choose appropriate machines and equipment according to site conditions;
- can compile a time schedule for the construction works, allocate resources and compare and optimize different solutions.
- is able to identify the machine and its technological purpose;
- can name applicable machines for certain construction processes;
- is familiar with the classification of construction machines and heavy equipment;
- knows applicable working conditions by types of machines, methods of their productivity calculation and principle of selection for certain works;
- knows basic methods and terms of cost planning and is able to draw up estimates;
- is able to find relevant literature and to follow the requirements on the content and format of a research project;
- can present, argue and defend the results of the research.

1) Ehitustööde korralduse põhimõisted. Betoonitööd. Elementehitus. Müüritööd.
2) KURSUSEPROJEKT EHITUSTEHNOLOOGIAS: Meeskonnatöö või individuaalülesanne. Ehitustööde tehnoloogiline kaart konkreetsele objektile. Projektidele ja aruannetele esitatavad sisulised ja vormistuslikud nõuded.
3) Ehitustööde kvaliteedi kindlustamise põhimõtted.
4) Maksumusplaanimise üldmõisted: hind, ühikhind, kulu, omahind, maksumus. Ehitusmaksumuse hindamiseks vajalikud dokumendid. Ehituskulude liigitus ja erinevad liigitussüsteemid. Ehitusmaksumuse hindamise meetodid: ligikaudne eelarvestamine ja detaileelarvestamine, täite-eelarve. Töömahud ja ühikhinnad. Ehituskulude hindamine kuluartiklite lõikes: tööjõud, ehitusmaterjalid, ehitusmasinad, alltöövõtt. Normid ja kuluandmete arhiivimine. Ehitusplatsi üldkulude hindamine. Pakkumuseelarve koostamine. Eelarvete täpsus ja vead eelarvestamisel. Ehitusmaksumuse hindamise arvutiprogrammid. BIM ja selle mõju maksumusplaanimisele.
5) KURSUSETÖÖ EELARVESTAMISES: Meeskonnatöö või individuaalülesanne. Ehituse eelarvestamise praktiline ülesanne.

1) Basics of on-site construction management. Concrete works. Erection of precast elements. Masonry works.
2) COURSE PROJECT IN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY: teamwork or individual assignment. Site management plan for particular case study. The requirements on the content, structure and formatting of the research project.
3) Principles of the quality of construction works.
4) Basic terms of cost planning: price, unit price, cost, cost price. Documents for construction cost planning. Construction cost classification and different classification systems. Construction cost estimating methods: rough assessment and detail assessment, as built calculation. Calculations of workloads and unit costs. Construction cost articles: labour, materials, machines, subcontractors. Norms and archiving construction costs. Assessment of construction site costs. Bidding cost calculation. Accuracy and main mistakes in the assessments of construction costs. Software for cost planning. BIM and its influence on construction cost.
5) COURSE WORK IN COST ESTIMATION: practical assignement in construction cost estimation.
