Arhitektuurikeskkond on reaalsus, mida selle mahulisuse tõttu on oluline vahetult kogeda. Loomingulise välipraktika eesmärgiks on tutvuda Eesti naaberriikide olulisemate arhitektuuriobjektidega ning linnaplaneerimisprintsiipidega, arendada tudengite visuaalset lugemisoskust ja analüüsivõimet arhitektuuriobjektide hindamisel. Välipraktika laiendab tudengite arhitektuuri- ja insenertehnilist silmaringi ning loomingulist eneseväljendusoskust.

For students is important to have an experience to understand the architectural space and the volume of architecture. Creative outdoor practice will introduce developments of architecture and urban planning through a guided tour in Estonia's neighboring countries. Course aim is to develop an ability to visual reading and analyze architectural and engineering-technical objects. Outdoor practice will expand the abilities of architectural and engineering professional horizon, and critical self-reflection.

Loomingulise välipraktika läbinu omab põhjalikke teadmisi Eesti naaberriikide ehitatud keskkonna kohta ning oskab iseseisvalt märgata, visuaalset lugeda ja analüüsida arhitektuuri- ning inseneriobjekte. Selle oskuse arendamine on väga oluline edaspidises erialases töös.
Tudeng oskab fotografeerida ja/või skitseerida arhitektuuriobjekte.

Creative fieldwork graduates are thoroughly aware of Estonia's neighboring countries, the built environment, and is able to independently noticeable visual interpretation and analysis architectural and engineering objects. This skill is very important to the development of future professional work.
The student is able to be photograph and/or sketch of architectural objects. The student who has passed the creative fieldwork can understand the architectural environment of the Estonian neighboring countries, can independently to read the visual language of architectural objects, and analyze the different pieces of architecture. This skills are very important for the future work.

Semestri vältel toimuvad ettevalmistavad loengud, kus jagatakse eelinfot loomingulise välipraktika marsruudi, olulisemate objektide ning nende tausta kohta. Vaatlusreisil Eesti naaberriikidesse tutvutakse ja analüüsitakse konkreetses linnaehituslikus situatsioonis ehitatud keskkonda, lähtudes selle arhitektuuriajaloolisest ning kultuurilisest väärtusest. Tudengid on aktiivselt välipraktikal kaasatud ning neil on kohustuslik fotografeerida ja/või skitseerida arhitektuuriobjekte, arhitektuuridetaile ja erinevaid insenertehnilisi lahendusi. Samuti valmib igal tudengil välipraktika kohta reisipäevik, mida kogutud materjalide põhjal esitletakse kaastudengitele.
brief description of the course in English
During the semester will take place the preparatory lectures for sharing of creative input in fieldwork route, key objects and background. During the field trip to the neighboring countries of Estonia shall be examined and analyzed the specific situation of the urban built environment, according to its architectural, historical and cultural value. Students are actively involved in the practice field, and they are obligatory photograph and/or a sketch of architectural objects, architectural details and a variety of engineering solutions. Each student will be completed fieldwork in the field trip diary, which will be presented on the basis of materials gathered fellow students.
