Aine eesmärk on:
- tutvustada e-turunduse ja e-kaubanduse teooriaid, terminoloogiat ja trende;
- aidata üliõpilastel orienteeruda kaasaegses infotehnoloogilises ühiskonnas e-turunduse ja e-kaubanduse seisukohalt;
- anda üliõpilastele praktilisi juhiseid e-turundustegevuste planeerimiseks.

- introduce theories, terminology, and trends in e-marketing and e-commerce;
- help students navigate the modern information technology society from the perspective of e-marketing and e-commerce;
- provide students with practical guidance for planning e-marketing activities.
