Temaatilise arendusprojekti läbimine:
- Luua uusi innovatiivseid lahendusekontseptsioone, mis ühendavad IT, energeetika, keemia- ja materjalitehnoloogia, mehhanotehnikaalased oskused uurimistöö vajadustega;
- Anda kogemus osalemisest multidistsiplinaarses, meeskonnatööna läbiviidavas arendusprojektis;
- Kasutajaid kaasahaarava arendusprotsessi organiseerimine ja läbiviimine;
- Integreeritud oskuste arendamine.;
- Eksperimentaalsete meetodite arendamine.;
- Visualiseerimisoskuste ja simulatsioonioskuste arendamine.;
- Uurimusliku ja eksperimenteeriva arendusprotsessi organiseerimine ja läbiviimine.

- To give students an experience of working in multidisciplinary teams in a development project;

- To develop visualization and simulation skills;
- To organize and conduct an experimenting development project.

- oskab töötada visioonidega ja luua kontseptsionaalseid lahendusi;

- oskab ideid visualiseerida ja kasutada erinevaid uurimismeetodeid;
- valdab erinevaid metoodikaid probleemide mõistmiseks;
- oskab läbi viia ja adekvaatselt hinnata eksperimente;

Projekti eesmärk on anda kogemus praktilise suunitlusega arendustööst etteantud teemal. Projekt sisaldab teoreetilist loengutsüklit etteantud teemal. Vastava põhiteema juhendaja on kaasatud arendustöös. Projekt viiakse läbi grupitööna. Projekti lõpus esitletakse lahenduse presentatsioon, makett või prototüüp. Projekti juhendab IT, disaini või inseneeria valdkonna õppejõud, kaasates konsultantidena erinevate teaduskondade esindajad.
brief description of the course in English
The aim of the project is to give an experience of participating in a practical development process in a given topic. Project includes theoretical lectures in a given topic. Lecturer of this topic will be included to the practical development process. Project will be run in teams. At the end of the project the solution is presented in the form of a presentation, model or a prototype. Project is guided by ICT, design or engineering tutors. Representatives of different faculties can be included as consultants.
