To give an overview of the hydro-meteorological regime of the marine areas and of its formation to procure the skills of using of hydro-meteorological data for the planning and carrying out of safe sea travel according to STCW-78 as amended table A-II/1, A-II/2 and A-VIII/2 requirements.
